<p>"I had a chance to hike this property the weekend it came on the market on a cool fall day and was impressed with what I saw.  So too was the fellow who ultimately commited to purchase it late that same weekend!  That winter resulted in an intimate development concept being put on paper and the next spring, as weather and equiment became available, an access road was shaped along the contours of the land and 8 spectacular parcels with great Lake Michgian views were created.</p>
